Engr. Solomon Provido
Founder
Engr. Provido earned his bachelor’s degree in Mechanical and Electrical Engineering in 1976 from Adamson University. In 1982, Engr. Provido and Dr. Javier founded Century Technical Services Inc. Dr. Javier then decided to sell his corporate shares to Engr. Provido to start his family medicine practice. Engr. Provido then took company to new heights, building the company, employing upwards of 50 people. Engr. Provido is an ingenious engineer and an entrepreneur at heart. He is respected for his vision and integrity by family, colleagues and clients. Missions-focused engineering, transformation, doing good to others, and personal responsibility for each project are his key concepts that provide direction and insight towards a successful project. Because of his goal of doing good to others, he trained young engineers and entrepreneurs to be brilliant engineers and business savvy individuals. Many of whom he trained have started their own businesses or now fully pledged engineers including his son Ronson.
Ronson Provido, PE
Principal Engineer
As Principal Engineer, Ronson Provido is principal-in-charge of key projects, with over 20 years of
experience in all aspects of electrical engineering design and project management for aviation,
hospitality, government, and commercial facilities. He manages every aspect of the project, from initial project design to detailed field investigations, specifications, construction cost estimating, bidding, negotiating and construction documents, as well as coordinating all engineering design efforts with project architects and all other disciplines on the project.
Mr. Ronson Provido is currently managing major hospitality MEP projects scattered between California, Nevada, Arizona, and New Mexico. In aviation industry, he has worked on LAX Automated People Mover (APM) delivering passengers from CONRAC to LAX, Delta project management office, American Airlines Lounge, various Landside Access Modernization Program including parking lots, security checkpoint, site development, street lighting, irrigation control, etc.

Billy Barrios
A seasoned mechanical engineer with over fifteen years of experience, Billy Barrios has a broad range of experience in Heating, Ventilation and Air Conditioning (HVAC) Systems. Mr. Barrios serves as a project manager and mechanical engineer, designing HVAC systems for a range of facility types. He is heavily involved in initial design development, field investigations, calculations and preparation for Title 24 energy compliance.
Strong background in design and drafting with major emphasis on mechanical system using the latest version of Revit MEP and AutoCAD for residential, commercial, industrial and institutional buildings. He oversees the design and preparations of engineering calculations and plans, ensuring all projects are delivered on a high satisfactory level.
